We are looking for someone that is outgoing and can think outside the box. The Texan is a small community in Irving it has 93 units, one laundry room. The property manager has been there since 2012, the maintenance man since 2010 and the owners since 2005. you would be responsible for make ready, maintenance, and keeping the property clean at all time. requirements : Must have tools, know have to fix A/C windows ( willing to learn), install ceramic, do major make ready and more. Two week paid vacations, six days paid for sick days, Christmas bonus and Holidays paid
