Good communication skills with customer are a must. 3. Participate in a mandatory 24-Hour, on-call program (rotation). Must be able to work nights and weekends. This is a physically demanding job and must be able to move furniture and house hold contents. Must be able to work in confined spaces (Crawlspaces and Attics). Must be willing to work long days (12-14 hours) when necessary. 4. Must pass background check, clean driving record, smoke free, drug free work environment. 5. Compensation as a Technician Assistant starting pay is $19-22 per/Hour. 6. Water Restoration Technicians have advanced knowledge, skill, workload capacity and good customer service abilities. 7.
