Looking to form Alt/Country Band

I'm a singer/guitarist looking to form a small band 3-4 piece that plays Alt/Country covers. Think Uncle Tupelo, Old 97s, Lucero, Turnpike Troubadors, etc. Ideally I'd like to be able to do a full acoustic set followed by a full electric set but that's a goal for further on down the road. Many of these songs are upbeat and relatively easy to play. I have a possible rehearsal spot in Eastern Montco as well as leads to gigs for whenever the project is ready. Bass, percussion and possibly another guitar would be a good fit but I'm also not opposed to fiddle and/or lap steel but I guess I should focus on crawling before walking. Anyhow, if this is something you might be interested in drop me a line. I have no intentions of doing this as a full time gig but I would like to be able to put together a band that could eventually play out 1-2X a month.
