Odin is a beautiful Doberman who turned a year in January. He is housetrained and kennel-trained, though he is not fond of his kennel and prefers to roam the house looking for stray socks. He is very mellow at home, but should a stranger come to your door, he is quite intimidating! He likes other dogs (small, medium, or large). He will chase them if they run. Our outdoor cat has learned to ignore him. He knows sit, stay, and shake for food, although those skills need to be honed for when he is distracted. He is good around children 8+. He hasn't been around young children, but he is pretty gentle and would probably be fine with training. He does very well walking with a pinch collar. He hasn't ever chewed on any furniture, but he will tear up stuffed animals. He loves to snuggle up next to, or on top of, you! LOL! He is very affectionate and NEEDS to be around people. Overall, he is the SWEETEST dog! We just don't have the time to invest in him, and my husband won't take him or take care of him. Sadly, I am caring for my mother who is terminally ill AND in the middle of a divorce. He is my husband's dog, and he doesn't want him anymore. My kids love him, but with everything going on and the uncertainty of our circumstances, we have decided we need to rehome him. He is UTD on his shots, has a microchip, and has been neutered. He has papers but has not been registered. There is a rehoming fee. He will come with his 42" kennel and blanket, toys/bones, pinch collar and leash, some food (Victor) and his records.
