Description
I know Bob and know he would not agree with the way Pride employees are handling the complaints about the APP failures. So far people have been blocked on Facebook for posting questions about it and others are being berated on the Customer Service line. Is this a Pride handbook response? I don't think Bob would allow this type of action. To the children operating Facebook and the rude people getting complaints in Customer Service I understand there must be pressure but if you can't handle your job do Pride a favor and just leave.
