I need an extra hand working on my rental houses. 20+ hours a week (possibly more), depending on what you can do. Will pay $15/hr. to start, possibly more depending on your ability, quality of work and availability. You'll work along with me to start. If things work out, I'll give you jobs to do by yourself as we go. Work will consist of various tasks including yard cleanup, house cleaning, minor carpentry, drywall, painting, etc. Must have a cell phone, basic tools and a pickup. I'll need to take a picture of your photo ID and do a background check. Sorry, no felons.
