All Pro Pavement is looking for a Asphalt Foreman for our upcoming commercial building construction and Maintenance projects. RESPONSIBILITES • Ability to supervise/lead and maintain a positive and productive morale within the team • Demonstrates a solid understanding of safety/DOT/SOP guidelines that will ensure that our focus will always be on safety and quality • Communicate with dispatchers, equipment, and trucking personnel timely and effectively • Coordination between other crews, subs, and vendors as necessary • Ability to manage all aspects of the operation including but not limited to ordering of materials, logistics, maintenance, and outside services • Follow/read plans and specifications (application rates, grades, slope, drainage, etc) • Train, mentor, develop and manage all crew personnel • Ensure job sites are organized for optimal productivity • Ability to operate all equipment as necessary • Performs other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS • Previous asphalt paving and/or milling operations experience is a plus • Ability to effectively lead/supervise others and ensure we maintain a positive and productive environment • Proven track record of completing jobs while meeting all safety/budget/schedule goals. • Valid driver’s license / CDL a bonus Please visit our website www.allpropavement.com and go to the Career tab and fill out our online application or send all resumes to [email protected] or call / text 970-556-0358 to discuss.
