Work includes:
- portioning, packaging, and labeling Smoking Goose’s bacon, sausages, salumi, and more
- some heavy lifting and the ability to work in a refrigerated environment is required
- must demonstrate attention to detail and an eye for consistency and quality
- experience is not required and on-the-job training is provided
