We are a 3rd party property management company and we need help with our apartment turnover / renovations as well as general maintenance help. The majority of our properties are in the NKY area (Florence, Covington, South Newport) with some stretching into Cincinnati, but close to NKY. Skills / things you need to possess: - Working vehicle - basic tools - basic electrical, plumbing and carpentray - valid driver's license If you have a couple of helpers that is great as well.
