Need help converting bike to ebike

Greetings! I have a Marin 21 speed hybrid bike I'd like to convert to an ebike. Thing is, I have zero skills. if you are a skilled bike enthusiast and you've done this before, I will barter for your time or pay(within reason). It is a Voilamart, pic attached. I have some bike tools, hopefully you'll have what I am missing!
