Position: HVAC Technician/ Installer We are currently looking to hire an experienced HVAC technician/installer for a full time position. We are located in Morrisville, PA and service Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, and Parts of Chester and Delaware counties. We specialize in residential equipment installation, service, and repairs. We also perform oil to gas conversions, oil burner tune ups, ductless mini splits system installs, as well as install complete ductwork systems. Requirements and responsibilities: -Minimum 3 years experience -Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. -Able to pass background screening -Ability to diagnose, service, repair, and install residential equipment as required per building code and manufacturer instructions. -Knowledge of gas, electric, oil systems; air source and hydronic. -Ability to read schematics and work with technical support. -Maintain a clean, professional appearance, and conduct yourself in a calm, respectful manner. -Ability to communicate to the homeowner the issues at hand in a diligent, articulate manner in person and by phone or email. -Ability to determine multiple solutions to address the task at hand. -Perform pre-installation walk through with the customer and post installation instructions on proper operation and homeowners responsibilities to maintain equipment. -Be able to work in confined/elevated spaces in a safe and efficient manner. -Be able to lift/shift objects weighted 75 lbs or more. -Be able to instruct/train junior technicians to perform entry level tasks individually. -Fill out invoices daily and log payments properly. -Keep a written log of parts used to maintain inventory in the truck. -Keep company vehicle clean and organized. -Have own hand tools required for daily troubleshooting (specialty tools are provided). -Be available to work Satudays and overtime hours (we are closed for Sundays and major holidays). Compensation: -$25-$35/h.
