On Site Manager (or couple), English/Spanish required: North Denver: Manage day to day operations including tenant relations, clean, prep, show apartments, leases, maintenance and repair, turnovers, move outs, landscaping, snow removal, etc. Will need tools and handyman skills (carpentry, electric, plumbing,…), and be comfortable using email.
