Looking for drummer who enjoys syncopation

I’m a guitar player in my 50‘s, not looking to play out. This project is to express ourselves musically. Recording is going to be part of it. Original music is the goal. Rock, Funk, Prog all mashed together. Start out as a 3 piece instrumental, possibly add more instruments as we progress. I have several song ideas. There are recordings of several simple rock tunes, all done with a drum machine : ( I know a bass player that is likely going to be interested the project. Low stress, no drama, no hard drugs, no drunks, no politics. I have a 110 sq. foot room that is dedicated to music in North Port (I-75 exit 182). We are vaccinated and prefer that you are too.
