Boxer Property is seeking a Maintenance Technician. This individual will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance for high quality office buildings. Full time position with excellent benefits! Knowledge and Skill Sets: Demonstrate some understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work independently with little direction. Must have basic computer skills (email, CMMS, etc.). Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate maintenance and operations preferred. Technical training and license preferred.
