Greco and Sons of Colorado, a food distribution company located in Aurora, CO is seeking independent and highly motivated warehouse workers to join an established and growing company. Warehouse workers must be able to pick and load various items from the warehouse, coolers and freezer to prepare and assemble customer orders. Handle products and use material handling equipment to include: walkie riders, pallet jacks and forklift equipment. Essential Duties and responsibilities Ability to perform tasks associated with the receipt, storage, shipment and fabrication of product and materials in all temperature zones (freezer, cooler, produce and dry): Picking / Packing / Shipping of Order / Cycle Count Material / Load & Unload Trailers Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts, power jacks, & manual pallet jacks Complete transactions related to In/Out-bound process Support Shipping and Receiving Department, monitoring material and supply inventory Plan, organize, and monitor the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from vendors Assist with ship confirms and freight carrier scheduling as required Perform accurate and timely physical counts related to warehouse productivity and inventory Adhere to and enforce basic housekeeping standards, safe operating procedures, e.g. OSHA, PPE, etc. and basic building maintenance Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age Able to lift up 75 lbs. occasionally; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently Able to use material handling equipment, 2-wheelers, double pallets Must be able to read, write, speak English, communicate both verbally & written Ability to follow directions & willingness to learn Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Night shift Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Order fulfillment: 1 year (Preferred) Shift Availability: Night Shift (Required)
