Join our team! We're seeking team members who enjoy being outdoors year round, are customer focused, and team players to join us in making trees happy! In this role, you'll work with a crew throughout the Madison area. We're willing to train you and support you as you pursue certification. Every team member receives extensive training from day one. The first day involves safety training, introduction to arboriculture, an explanation of our development plan. Individuals that most enjoy our work include those who: Love the outdoors year round, no desk jobs here! Want to work with their hands and enjoys physical work. Enjoys and/or doesn't have a fear of heights. Wants to learn and grow while working. Enjoys working in a team setting. Enjoys working with tools and equipment. Welcomes the physical evidence of a job well done at the end of the day. Requirement of applicants: Must posses a drivers license with a good driving record which will be supported by our company insurance. Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position. We work in dry, dirty conditions most of the day. We continually lift 50lbs and we work at heights. Able to back up a trailer is preferred. Previous landscaping or tree care experience is preferred but not required.
