So, if you’re vaccinated it’s ok to not wear a mask?
What about the liars?
I wear a mask, even though I am vaccinated, because it IS possible for me to still catch and spread the virus. There are many known cases of vaccinated people contracting the virus but having no symptoms. If I wear a mask and have the virus asymptomatically I can give it to one of you non-mask wearing deniers. You can then get it and have symptoms or not. You might be in the susceptible bunch that die, or not. The idea of a mask is not only to minimize possible spread of Covid, but also to check the possibility of spreading a more serious variation of the virus. If unvaccinated people contract the virus, the possibility of mutations is real. Each time the virus infects someone there is the possibility that it can change slightly when interacting with the immune system of the host.
Wear a mask, because…well, it’s the right thing to do.
What’s it hurt?
