The Aluminum Company of North Carolina is in search of a motivated, driven self-starter to join our Project Management team. Founded in 1961, The Aluminum Company of North Carolina is a family-owned company providing high end home-improvement services, products and solutions throughout the Triangle area of NC. As a part of our team, the Project Manager will have an opportunity to work on many diverse projects and to build their professional experience in a challenging, rewarding environment. The purpose of the Project Manager is to provide operational field support to installation crews, office staff and customers to offer the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in the industry. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: conducting pre-construction meetings with customers and salespeople, managing delivery of goods to project sites, ensuring compliance with manufacturer-specified installation techniques, management of quality control, maintaining a log of service and warranty items and ensuring timely service and final project closeouts with final walk-through at the customer's home, completion of warranty package delivery and collection final project payments upon project completion. Qualifications: • Previous, verifiable experience in the field of construction project management. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required. • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, challenging environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to positively interact with customers and crews. • Remodeling experience with a specific focus in siding, roofing and window and door replacement a big plus. • Ability to work with upper management to schedule, update progress and manage timely completion and payment on active projects. • Valid North Carolina Driver's License. • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
