We are looking for experienced janitorial/cleaning sub-contractors Must have a car and the car must be insured, as well. (Greater Portland/Vancouver Area) Compensation: Varies (see sub-contractor explanation below) We would like you to start as soon as possible. We will get you set up at each clean and support as much as we can to get you started so that you know what the client requires. SUB-CONTRACTORS: Licensed: Janitorial sub-contractors must be licensed, bonded and insured to work with us for our clients. Compensation: Flat rate for each client Supplies: You must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment. We offer 6-month to year-long contracts. Some contracts require a background check. We require that you fill out a W-9 and sign our Sub-Contractor agreement.
