This position is for a niche industry, willing to train. We specialize in the MEP design, construction, service, and maintenance of architectural and interactive water features. Our service and maintenance teams are looking to add more team members as we have grown significantly. With that said we are looking for individuals that work well in small teams and looking for long term opportunity with the possibility of advancement through internal growth. There are two types of positions on each team and each position is available as we need to fill multiple teams. The maintenance team has a Lead and Associate position. Lead position requires Certification as a Texas Pool Operator and at least one year experience in the field specifically in water quality. Both positions will require training from the ground up to satisfy the quality and processes to which our organization has created for our clients. The Associate position does not require a CPO to start and we are willing to train from the ground up with the right candidate. Experience in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural are a plus and will contribute to increased pay opportunity. Wage will be based on candidates experience and abilities. We are a well-established organization operating for the last 21 years with a family mentality. We want individuals that know how to work hard and are dedicated to excellence and want to grow with the organization. This position is M-F, full time, and requires the ability to work outside in the elements as well as some heavy lifting. Both open positions will team together to provide the weekly maintenance of the water features. Scope will include the cleaning of the features, balancing of water quality, and equipment inspection and maintenance.
