THIS COULD BE A 10 OR 12 HOURS SHIFT JOB DEPENDING ON HOW MANY CARS YOU PICK UP - YOU MUST LOVE TO DRIVE FOR LONG HOURS **** THIS POSITION DOES NOT REQUIRE CDL, JUST REGULAR DRIVER LICENSE. CDL IS JUST A PLUS We are an auto salvage yard located in Fort worth TX. We have two openings for a Flatbed Wrecker Tow Truck Driver. EXPERIENCE IN TOW TRUCKS IS A BIG PLUS! Jobs is about driving to customer’s houses to buy their junk vehicle and tow it back to our yard. You’ll be driving a 2017 or newer Ford F-550 Flat Bed Wrecker Tow Truck. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE FINDING THE CARS, WE FIND THEM AND SENT YOU THE INFORMATION OF WHERE TO GO! NEEDS TO BE ABLE TO START INMIDIATELY REQUIREMENTS: - 1 Year Experience driving and operating a Flatbed Wrecker or Tow Truck - Have a clean driving record in the last 3 years ( No accidents at fault, speeding tickets, traffic violations or DUI's) - Be 21 years old or older - Have the space and a safe parking spot at home where you can park the Tow Truck. (Drivers get to take it home for their convenience) - Be able to work in all KINDS OF WEATHER !! - Be able to lift or push at least 50 pounds - Must have imagination and problem solving skills. Keep in mind you will be picking up JUNK CARS. Car that are wrecked, not working, flat tires etc. You will also be going to a different place every time like houses, apartment complexes, mechanic shops Etc. - Responsible and Dependable Person ( You will work under minimal almost no supervision, you must be reliable ) - Must be punctual. - Flexible Scheduled ( Again, must of the time this is a 6 days a week job with 10 or 12 hours shift ) - Excellent, safe and responsible Driver SCHEDULE: Weeks Rotate: - One Week Monday - Friday - One Week Monday - Saturday - SUNDAYS OFF !! - Hours from the time you leave your house to the time you comeback can get to be as long as from 8 am to 8 pm or more some days. Not Always but you need to have a flexible schedule COMPENSATION & BONUSES: - You will be paid $30 per car that you buy and tow to the yard. In average you'll pick up 2 cars every 3 hours (We cover gasoline, insurance and truck expenses). You will be towing from 27 to 40 cars a week or more. From $800 to $1,200 every week. + WEEKLY CASH BONUSES! - Cars picked up wages are paid in check or direct deposit every two weeks (This is a W4 Job) - Cash Bonuses are paid weekly in Cash VACATIONS: - 1 Week of Paid Vacations every year after 1 year. - 2 Weeks of Paid Vacations every year after 3 Years - 3 Weeks of Paid Vacations every year after 5 Years - 5 Weeks of Paid Vacations every year after 7 Years HOLIDAYS: - 6 Paid holidays every year.
