Presently, we are a small company of 16 people operating in the United States. Giftcash in Londonderry, NH is looking for warehouse associates to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working.Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pmIf you cannot work these hours, please do not apply.Metrics:Must be able to hit shift production goals within 4 weeks of hire.Stock 3,000+ units per shiftContinuously improve performance metrics********************************************************Key Characteristics: work well under pressure work independently without constant supervision follow instructions with attention to detail Responsibilities Unloading product and organizing according to pre-outlined areas of the warehouse Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Assisting with shipments by assembling boxes, picking product, and packing product according to the orders Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; Sweep, dust and mop Prepping incoming products, ensuring no damaged products, and able to complete high metrics individually Loading and unloading trucks Inspecting and verify incoming deliveries Documenting and inputting information on a computer Other shop and office duties as assigned Requirements: Lifting and handling weight over 50 lbs Able to work in a fast-paced environment Repetitive heavy lifting Reliable transportation is necessary Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have CSA steel toe footwear Must be able to follow instructions and detail oriented High school diploma Need to be computer literate as there will be some office work Must be able to pass a background check Ability to read, write and speak English Job Duties: Load and unload trucks Move and stack materials Keep production lines supplied with empty containers and packaging materials as needed General housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assigned Follow forklift operating guidelines and procedures Receive/process shipments Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
