ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Perform light housekeeping in units that have been cleaned but unoccupied for an extended period of time as well as occupied units that need touch up cleaning.
• Receiving and responding to guest inventory requests.
• Delivery of requested items to guests.
• Perform Quality Assurance inspections of condos/houses after the vendor has completed housekeeping.
• Data entry of work order and unit cleaning status.
• Perform office duties answering the Guest Services phone calls, assisting guests with general questions and complaints, while perhaps walking the guest through procedures over the phone.
• Perform light duty preventative maintenance: change light bulbs, AC Filters, etc.
• Other duties as needed to insure safety and comfort of guests and staff
REQUIREMENTS
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Must be able to work well with other Team Managers and Team Members.
• Able to interact with our guests while maintaining a customer service attitude.
• Must be able to adapt to and perform with minimal reaction when confronted with an emergency.
• This position demands a self-motivated, task oriented, and an energetic individual with the ability to be flexible in design changes.
