Busy general contractor looking to hire general construction labor and property maintenance labor. General construction labor will assist contractor with projects ranging from decks to remodeling. Property maintenance labor will assist contractor with gardening projects that include pulling weeds and mowing. Must have reliable transportation. Must have proper PPE. Gloves, boots, safety glasses, etc. Must be punctual. Must be U.S. citizen or be eligible to work in the U.S. and speak fluent English. Must have clean and neat appearance. Labor positions start at $16.00 per hr and will be a 1099 position. There is room to move up in position and pay after a one week probation period based on knowledge and performance. Looking for labor to work three to five days a week for the summer season and possibly full time based on available projects.
