We are are looking for team players! You need to be customer service oriented, have a positive attitude about life and not afraid of work. Full or Part Time positions available. Day and night shifts available. Hours of operation/work and pay varies - Pay starts at $9.50 per hour - $14.00 depending on experience and the job. We do both Commercial and Residential cleaning. Pay increases incrementally after probationary period, satisfactory attendance, performance, training and advancement into supervisory position. Accounts in Beaches, Southside, Westside and Northwest Jacksonville need immediate personnel. Currently in the process of developing residential cleaning teams. If interested please reply to post. Duties include but not limited to: Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors and stairs. Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms. Clean sinks, counter tops, appliances and fixtures. Restocking supplies, emptying and cleaning trash receptacles as needed, dusting, cleaning windowsills, windows and glass doors. Maintaining janitorial equipment and janitors closets. Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals and other janitorial duties as assigned. Utilize timekeeping system for verification of time. Communicate with supervisor regarding schedules and possible changes to schedule daily. Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy and submit to a background check and be substance free.
