May be ShihTzu or Lhasa Apso mix Suitcase found on Lake street between 5th and 4th Avenue. Full of clothes and a package of surgical masks. Likely ditched by someone who broke into your car. Suitcase will be left on the curb as I do not live in the neighborhood.This white/yellow shepherd-ish dog was playing in the street when I got home.
