Harvest Properties is looking for a FULL-TIME Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. On call and weekends as required. The ideal candidate is a team player and someone who is dependable for large apartment communities. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and own tools. You will be responsible for preparing apartments for new move-in and, completing work orders. Knowledge in all aspects of maintenance plumbing, drywall repair or replacement, lock replacement, exterior and interior door replacement, carpentry, painting, install cabinets, and counter tops, install sinks, install dishwashers, repair appliances, repair leaks, maintain and repair furnaces and air conditioners and swimming pool maintenance. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: General building maintenance (electrical, carpentry, plumbing. HVAC) Experience in Apartment Turnover Experience in property orders and inventory Grounds maintenance Janitorial duties. SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance experience. Comfortable to stand/walk for an entire shift. Be able to lift between 40-60 lbs. on regular basis. Must be able to stoop, bend, twist, grip and stand on a regular basis. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have attention to detail. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to meet deadlines and goals.
