Betta fish and setup

I have a male betta fish and his 5 gallon tank for rehome. He comes with a filter, heater, plants, food, light etc. he also has a mystery snail in his tank to help with algae. I feed him a pinch of food twice a day. He is under a year old and the snail is 6 months old. Asking $75 for everything, the setup alone was much more than that.
