African side neck turtle needs care

Our African side neck has developed shell rot & I can’t get him in to any vet. I’ve called at least 20 vets in a 3hr distance with no luck. Everyone is full and not accepting new patients or don’t see turtles. I’m willing to rehome him to someone with turtle knowledge & someone who can get him the care he needs.
