seeking professional level lead/rhythm player and more

We realize this is probably going to take some work to accomplish this but you have to start somewhere and keep looking to be successful. We are older accomplished players who are looking for a key person to complete our project. We are a bass player, steel guitar player and percussionist/ drummer all with years of experience from different backgrounds but coming together to have a solid band. The person we are looking for would be a lead guitar player who sings and a personality to front the band and interact with the crowd. We would hope you have prior experience with these or would feel comfortable with them. This position would require some time to get a tight unit together so if you need to play and not practice this may not be for you. The 3 of us have songs we are doing now so building a 50 to 60 song list shouldn't be a major issue. Maybe one night a week for a couple hours to get things polished. We also don't want to play every weekend. The type of songs would be a variety with emphasis on good country a lot from artists that are not well known but are up and coming and really doing good music. Anyway if you want to talk get back to me and in the meantime we will check other sources for this most important position in the band. If you can commit and do the job it will be rewarding for you.
