APPLY HERE ---> Job Responsibilities Clean windows and exterior of the building using our methods. Pressure washing building exterior and floors. Clean home gutters. Installation of holiday lighting. (Nov-Dec) Communicate with clients to let them know you’re there to help. Practice safety on a daily basis. Skills & Qualifications Ability to pass background check. Clean driving record/ Ability to drive company vehicles. Strong communication and excellent customer service skills. Problem solving skills. Great attention to detail. Excel within a team environment. Punctual, dependable, organized, and efficient. Motivated, responsible, and self-sufficient. Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements Ability to use extended ladders up to 30 feet. Occasional extended hours and sometimes weekends (optional). Standing for prolonged periods of time.
