Volt Workforce Solutions (Irvine Branch) is hiring for experienced Apartment Maintenance Workers to start soon!
We are hiring for locations in Irvine. All positions are on the 1st shift from 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm depending on the property location. All positions will require some weekends. Depending on the property it may require that you work Friday - Monday, Tuesday-Saturday, Sunday-Thursday or Thursday-Monday. Pay is $20/hr DOE.
Duties for Maintenance/Service Techs:
- Patching drywall as needed
- Cleaning up vacated apartment units
- Painting
- Installing new appliances if needed
- Replacing door knobs / locks
- Replacing worn out lights
- Other minor maintenance duties as needed
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years' recent apartment maintenance, building maintenance, handyman or related experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
