Working with us will be challenging. Pressure washing is a service that requires real-time decision-making, attention to detail, and patience. In addition, we only deliver excellence to our customers. We expect all of our employees to be professional and deliver an exceptional customer service experience when on a worksite. In exchange for your efforts, we will help you cultivate real skills that will make you an invaluable asset throughout your carrier and provide a base compensation with bonus opportunities based on work performance. We will also invest in educating you on the latest industry equipment, techniques, and practices. Job description: Provide professional cleaning using pressure and soft washing methods. Deliver exceptional customer experience. Maintain a clean workspace and work vehicle. Take quality before and after photos. Consult with sales and the office manager for job-specific notes. Help spread the word about the company with door hangers and other marketing tools Job Requirements: Must have and maintain a valid drivers license Must be a good communicator Must be able able to accept critiques Must have customer service skills Must be willing to work hard and go above and beyond for the customer. Previous pressure washing experience preferred but not required. We are willing to educate. This position starts at $15/hour during the first 90-day Probationary Period. After you’ve successfully completed your probationary period you will receive an additional 2% of all work completed there forth.
