Immediately hiring for lawn maintenance crew leader Small to medium size landscape company hiring for a Lawn and Landscaping Crew leader. The crew leade is responsible for 3 to 5 person lawn or landscape crews to ensure all their job responsibilities are completed in a timely manner. The crew leader is also the single point of contact for the customer and must be able to handle any lawn or landscape needs they might have; GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST!! Must be able to walk 10 miles a day, use a weed eater, edger zero turn mower, backpack blower. Must be able to drive a box truck and have a valid drivers license. Job Requirements: Shrub pruning experience Landscaping experience Lawn Maintenance experience (mowing, trimming, shrub pruning) 5 plus years preferred Management experience Customer service Strong leadership and team building skills Sales experience Must be reliable and trustworthy Must have clean MVR and be able to pass drug screen and background check Must be able to drive a landscape truck safely Must have a valid drivers license
