Monday through Friday 8 am to noon or 9am to 1pm Total 20 hours at $12 per hour Duties:Note: If you are unable to bear the heat this would not be a good part time job. You are not in the direct sunlight but you are doing a job that is outside. Small clubhouse: Clean restrooms (2); mop tile floor (small 3 times per week); empty trash Laundry rooms : four laundry rooms with washers and driers; bathroom (2) in each laundry room; sweep and mop floor; wipe machines 1 - two story building; 3 - 3 story buildings; These walkways are blow off; and damp mopped once a week; suggest one building per visit; leaving Friday free from mopping. Elevators: 3 Wipe window sills (weekly); brush down cobwebs around walkways
