Wanted young cat / kitten outdoor

We are looking for a young cat or kitten for the barn. We live on a small horse farm and would love and care for a young mouser to live on the property and keep the rodents down. There is one obedient dog here who would be fine with a cat that has been exposed to dogs. Gender is not important and neither is color for us. So long at it is healthy and young enough to adapt to a new lifestyle... This cat would have shelter and vetting, but must prefer to live outdoors and enjoy hunting. It should be neutered or spayed.
