The 1st Annual Woodstock Athletics Summer Throwdown is an individual competition with Novice and Intermediate Divisions. You compete against your friends in the gym everyday; this just makes it a little more official. Winners will get bragging rights for a full year, and possibly some cool prizes as well. :) There will be 3 workouts and a community BBQ afterwards.
