A weekly social group for kids and families is here...a Hoop Jam! Join us on sunny (non-rainy) Sundays from 1-3pm in Bellevue! Hula hooping is a great way to connect with others, to learn fun new tricks, to stay active, all together while naturally social distancing. We meet every Sunny (well, non-rainy) Sunday, from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Downtown Bellevue Park. The Jam is run by dance/movement therapist Nadia Rachel, LMHC and sometimes we'll have guests from the Seattle Flow Arts Collective. Please RSVP your child's attendance here and let us know their ages so we can prepare! Don't have a hoop yet?
