In this class, you will learn to prepare three quick, easy, fun, and flavorful seafood dishes. We will begin with a fresh take on a classic crab cake by creating a shrimp cake appetizer with summer vegetables and chipotle mayonnaise. For the second recipe, we will create a pan-seared char fillet with spinach, artichokes, tomatoes, and a citrus butter sauce. We will end the night with a roasted salmon fillet with beet cous cous and a carrot-ginger sauce. Instructor: L.
