Need Help with Painting & general rennovation

Have condominium in Baymeadows area that I need help in doing some quality painting (ceilings, walls, trim) to place for sale. Also possibility of doing some general repair and updates. Looking for someone handy who has had some experience in the past. We will provide any necessary equipment so you don't need your own tools. Any prior drywall experience, or floor installation experience is a bonus but not required. Not in a huge rush...we expect you to work between 6-8 hour days until completion with days off. Someone semi-retired is fine. Pay is $15/hour cash. If your work is good, this could lead to future work needing done on our main house.
