Connect to yourself, each other and Nature through Yoga in the Park!
In this practice, we integrate strengthening yet balancing movement with intentional breathwork to cultivate a deep sense of self awareness while connecting to each other and nature. The park not only offers us clean air to breath and a direct connection to nature, but also offers plenty of space to social distance and create a safe and protected place to practice in community This is an all inclusive, supportive class. All genders, sexualities, races, ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, religions, political affiliations are accepted and welcomed. We will meet at Little Cheesman (South Side of 8th Ave). The closest street parking available is on Williams and High Street in between 8th and 7th Ave. Give yourself plenty of time to find a spot!
Bring your mat and a bottle of water to class to stay hydrated. Try to arrive 10 minutes early so we can get everyone situated and start right at 9.
Class is weather permitting. In the event that we cannot practice outdoors, a livestream offering will be available.
Classes are limited to 15 students so be sure to pre-register to secure your spot! A waitlist will be started once we reach capacity.
If you register for the class and become unable to make it, please cancel your reservation so that waitlisted individuals can take advantage of this offering.
