Property Foreman/ Manager needed for single family residence located on half acre lot. Responsibilities include ground's upkeep and repairs, Oversight of recurring weekly workman( Ex. pool, koi pond fish tank, etc) as well as any retainment of additional workers needed to maintain the property (ex.interview and hiring company for patio tile repair, as well as contractors needed for additional projects that may come up) Must work cohesively with the property owner regarding any tasks needed over and above the assigned tasks. Must be comfortable working around large dogs. Initial work hours are MWF 9-4/4:30 (flexible) Work hours may transition to full time if workload requires such.
