Join CRISP & GREEN and LYNC Cycling for a free outdoor Feel Good Cardio workout event LYNC goes off the bike! This class is mat-based and music-driven. It's low impact and designed to put a smile on your face without stressing your joints. We believe working out should improve your quality of life. Feel Good Cardio was created to enhance stability, mobility, stamina and strength. Think Pilates + dance cardio + sculpt and expect some heart pumping moves and combinations. Open to all fitness levels! Be sure to bring your own mat. All participants will receive C&G fresca after class!
