Come lie down in Shavasana as Jessica guides you through a journey into your main energy centers. You'll learn the names of the chakras, where they are located in the body, their seed sounds (yes, there are sounds associated with the chakras), and their associated elements. You'll leave feeling more rested and in touch with your body. No experience necessary.
