Ciara just arrived to PRAR from a newly acquired partnership with SCRAPS in Spokane! Ciara is a sweet girl. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her left eye was surgically removed, which is why she needs to be INDOOR ONLY!. NO EXCEPTIONS!. She doesn't like her tail or belly touched. We are still learning about her quirks since she just came to us. Please come by and meet our new girl Ciara! Stop in to Priest River Animal Rescue Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 4pm.
