Need TV Stand and TV Setup

Have a TV Stand that I need setup and attached to LCD TV, and TV plugged in and turned around. TV weighs about 100 pounds and is partially out of the box. (I realized a little late that it was way too much for me.) Stand is just a stand and not furniture, supposedly easy to setup
