Need Commercial & Residential Contractors/Handymen in the Houston Metro area to do build-backs, repairs, and rehab on properties. We're looking for quality contractors, that do quality work. we’re also needing experienced framers for our new builds, to be a part of our team. Must be able to go out to multiple properties to provide detail estimates. Must have your own crew or crews. We have plenty of work, pay is net 15. Our clients usually pay within 7 days of the job completion, but have up to 15 days to pay.
