We are looking for seasonal and year-round housekeepers to join our vacation rental team. Full time or part time - work as much or as little as you'd like! Flexible schedule - busiest days are Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday, but work is available every day 10am - 4pm. Pay is per property ($30 - $300) and the average housekeeper makes $20/hour with the most efficient housekeepers making $30/hour or more. Mill Pond Realty currently manages over 70 properties in the greater Saugatuck/Douglas/Fennville area. Previous cleaning knowledge/experience is preferred, but not required. Duties include all aspects of cleaning and preparing a vacation rental for incoming guests: sanitize, dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, wash and change linens and towels, transport trash, change light bulbs, switch out propane tanks, move furniture, staging, make beds, etc. Reliable transportation and a clear communication are a MUST.
