Women's Outdoor Boot Camp Fitness Class - Tuesday Mornings at Regency Park
Looking for a fun and inclusive space to work out, improve your health, and make new friends? Join us for a 30-minute circuit-style outdoor workout designed to help you increase your strength and get your heart rate up!
All fitness levels are welcome.

We meet near the parking lot of Regency Community Park in North Natomas, near the baseball field at 7am.
Please bring the following:
- A mat
- Water
- A towel (optional)
Workouts begin with a short warm-up and end with a short cool-down.
All sessions are hosted and led by Melissa Lopez, Certified Personal Trainer, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, TRX Suspension Training Coach, and Nutritional Therapist.
*I am a fully vaccinated trainer.
