Women's Outdoor Boot Camp Fitness Class - Tuesday Mornings at Regency Park Looking for a fun and inclusive space to work out, improve your health, and make new friends? Join us for a 30-minute circuit-style outdoor workout designed to help you increase your strength and get your heart rate up! All fitness levels are welcome. Pay What You Can - Venmo @Melissa-Lopez-5 We meet near the parking lot of Regency Community Park in North Natomas, near the baseball field at 7am. Please bring the following: - A mat - Water - A towel (optional) Workouts begin with a short warm-up and end with a short cool-down. All sessions are hosted and led by Melissa Lopez, Certified Personal Trainer, Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist, TRX Suspension Training Coach, and Nutritional Therapist. *I am a fully vaccinated trainer. My mission is to help women build and nourish a strong body and joyful spirit.
