REIKI LEVEL I is the start of a journey through self-healing and healing those around you. Level I is about self-healing and working to familiarize yourself with Reiki. In level I you will be given the history of Reiki, how it works, what to expect and given instruction on hand placement for various healing situations. You will be attuned to Reiki, a connection that will last a lifetime. Reiki works to heal the physical, mental emotional and spiritual aspects of the body. Releasing blockages to promote healing, balances the left and the right sides of the mind as well as working with your chakra balance. Anyone can become Reiki.
